HDFC Securities app suffers glitch; users rush to Twitter to complain

Account holders of HDFC Securities were unable to carry on with their trade details online via the official app. Starting last Friday, brokers as well as several users had reported issues with the app not allowing them to view one key aspect of their business. Once the complaints started flooding in, the company looked after the issue and immediately rolled out a fix.

A few hours later, an HDFC spokesperson took to Twitter to confirm that the issue was resolved and the app is working as expected. “In the morning, for a few minutes, customers were not able to access the portfolio section on mobile app. However, the portfolio section on all other platforms such as the internet and pro terminal was accessible.
