Has Realme sub-brand Dizo shut down? CEO quits, customer care unresponsive

New Delhi: Wearables and AIoT brand Dizo, part of Realme’s ecosystem of sub-brands, appears to have virtually shut down, with the chief executive stepping down, and its products not working with the companion apps, amidst a flood of complaints on social media.

The company’s primary companion app named after itself wasn’t available on app stores, leaving its smart products — over a dozen smartwatches and Bluetooth audio products it launched in the last two years — unresponsive since earlier this month.
