Govt invites technical experts from G7 countries to test India’s telecom stack on global standards

The central government has invited technical experts from G7 countries to test India’s telecom stack on global standards, a government official said, adding that the delegates from these countries showed interest in learning more about the country’s telecom stack.

“India showcased how digital infrastructure is being developed to provide solutions at a population scale. Use cases of Aadhaar, UPI, and Cowin, among other things, were demonstrated in Japan,” the official said.
