Google withdraws appeal in SC against NCLAT order on Rs 936-crore penalty

Google on Monday withdrew its appeal in the Supreme Court against the the National Company Law Appellate Tribunal’s (NCLAT) order refusing a stay on the Competition Commission of India’s (CCI) Rs 936 crore penalty saying the appeal has become infructous.
