Google will tell you safety tips if you search for coronavirus

NEW DELHI: The deadly Coronavirus is spreading at an alarming rate and now India has also seen a positive case. In order to keep the people informed and situation under control, Google has rolled out some measures. The tech giant has rolled out an SOS alert and has also created search result pages using information from WHO.
The Google search includes information like safety tips, news updates, and the SOS alert card. Whenever a user searches for coronavirus, they will first notice an SOS alert white card with the share button. After that, you will notice all the latest news updates related to the issue followed by the safety tips, Q&A related to the virus and other information.
Google also took to Twitter to announce about this latest search feature. The company tweeted, “Today we launched an SOS Alert w/ @WHO, to make resources about #coronavirus easily accessible. When people search for related info on @Google, they’ll find the alert atop results page w/ direct access to safety tips, info, resources & Twitter updates from WHO.”
