Google to tell users if search results aren’t good

NEW DELHI: Tech giant Google has revealed that it has added a new feature to its Search which will enable users to know when it thinks that the search results offered are not good.
Before giving the search results to users, Google will prompt a message which reads, “It looks like there aren’t any great matches for your search”. Along with this message, Google will also offer some other related search options for their query.
Along with this, Google will also provide recommendations for more accurate phrasing and spelling which will help in minimising bad searches.
The feature will not show up every time and the objective of this feature is that Google Search will help users in finding out good results for what they are looking for. The company feels that sometimes finding out that the answer is not available is also as useful as finding out the answer itself.
