Google Pixel 4a spotted at FCC listing, launch expected soon
Internet search giant Google’s next Pixel smartphone — Pixel 4a — has been spotted on FCC listing, according to a report by 9to5Google.
As per the report, the FCC filing for A4RG025J has been spotted today, however it was filed on April 2. In the listing, there are three models — G025J, G025M, and G025N. The last two models are reportedly going to feature “cellular radios for other parts of the world.”
Traditionally, after a handset is spotted on FCC, the launch follows soon after that. Last month, YouTuber Jon Prosser claimed that the internet search giant may launch its next smartphone on July 13. Not only that, Prosser has also claimed that the Pixel 4a will come in two colour variants — Just Black and Barely Blue.
In a tweet, Prosser said, “Pixel 4a. Was originally May, then got pushed to June, now pushed again. “Just Black” & “Barely Blue.” Current plan for announcement: July 13. BTW – just 4G. (Sorry to kill the 5G rumors) Seems like they’re ready to ship. The decision is mostly based on market analysis.”
