Google Phone app call recording feature now available in over ten Nokia smartphones in India

You can now record calls on Nokia Android One smartphones using the Google Phone app. HMD Global, the company that owns the licence to sell Nokia smartphones, has announced that a range of Nokia smartphones available in India have received an update for Google Phone app’s call recording feature. As the name suggests, the feature allows users to record calls they recieve.
The Nokia smartphones that support this feature include Nokia 9 PureView, Nokia 8.1, Nokia 8 Sirocco, Nokia 7.2, Nokia 7.1, Nokia 7 Plus, Nokia 6.2, Nokia 6.1, Nokia 6.1 Plus, Nokia 4.2, Nokia 3.2, Nokia 3.1 Plus, Nokia 2.3 and Nokia 2.2.
According to the company, all participants in the call will be notified by a disclosure played at the beginning and end of the call recording. The company also clarified that all the call recordings will be saved on the smartphone’s internal storage and not on cloud.
