Google increases network security with new Android 14 features, here’s how
Google has announced that Android will be the first mobile operating system to introduce advanced cellular security mitigations. These new security features will be available for both consumers and enterprises. In a blog post, the tech giant has confirmed that Android 14 will introduce support for IT administrators to disable 2G support in their managed device fleet. The company also said that Android 14 will also introduce a feature that will disable support for null-ciphered cellular connectivity.
