Google gives teens, parents an option to delete their images from Search

For kids, teens and their parents, a big worry of being on the internet is images being misused or falling in the wrong hands. To combat this issue, Google has implemented a new policy under which anyone under the age of 18, or their parent or guardian, can now request the removal of their images from Search results. In a blog post, Google said that “we know that kids and teens have to navigate some unique challenges online, especially when a picture of them is unexpectedly available on the internet.”
How to request the removal of images from Google Search
In order to get images removed from Google Search, here are the steps that you need to follow:
Visit the Help Page to understand the information you’ll need to provide when using the request form.
On the support link, you can request removal using the designated form.
Next, fill out the form to report the images that might be appearing in results.
