Google celebrates New Year’s Eve with fireworks and a colourful doodle

The world is just hours away from entering 2020, and Google joined in the celebration with a special New Year’s eve doodle.

On Tuesday, the tech giant unveiled a creative doodle which featured multi-coloured fireworks and ‘Froggy – the weather frog’ with a bird wearing celebratory cap.

Fireworks are used in many parts of the world for ushering in the New Year. The doodle featured fireworks in blue, yellow, pink, red and green colours.

Earlier, on Christmas, Google introduced a live Santa tracker on its homepage to allow users to track gifts for their loved ones.
