Gold rated IT tower in Nizamabad

Hyderabad: After inaugurating IT towers at tier-2 and 3 cities such as Warangal, Khammam, Karimnagar, Siddipet and Mahbubnagar, Telangana IT & industries minister KT Rama Rao on Wednesday inaugurated the IT tower at Nizamabad.

The green IT tower, which is spread over 55,000 sq ft and has received gold rating from the CII’s Indian Green Building Council (CII-IGBC), has already seen 15 companies commence operations.

Apart from offices of IT companies, the new building also houses offices of the Telangana Academy of Skill and Knowledge (TASK) and RGUKT Basara’s innovation hub and is expected to attract investments, generate employment, and create a flourishing IT industry in Nizamabad city.
