Gmail gets a new feature to compose emails faster
Google is rolling out new features to Gmail for web. The tech giant is brining visual updates and improvements for the To, Cc, and Bcc fields in the Compose section of Gmail. These changes, Google says, will help users compose emails more efficiently and confidently.
As announced by Google via a blog post, users will now see a right-click menu to view the recipient’s full name along with their email address. They can also edit the contact names, copy addresses and open a recipient’s information card from the menu.
Google has also added avatar chips for recipients and new indicators when adding a user outside your organization and contacts. Gmail users will also get new visual indicators in case they have already added a user as a recipient.
