Gabbardeals acquires SaaS provider InstaOne Software

Pune-based Gabbardeals said on Tuesday that it had acquired InstaOne Software, a Software as a Service (SaaS) company providing retail and distribution solutions.

The acquisition will allow the omnichannel offline-to-online platform for mobile phones and accessories to build a full stack of Point of Sale systems to better last-mile connectivity and deliver consumer electronics. The aim is to help neighbourhood retailers with better pricing and distribution through technology. The terms of the acquisition were not disclosed.
