Future Group likely to move division bench of Delhi High Court

Future Group is expected to file an appeal before a division bench of the Delhi High Court against the interim order of a single judge imposing a fine of ₹20 lakh and issuing a show-cause notice to founder Kishore Biyani and others asking why they should not be detained in civil prison, said people with knowledge of the matter. The appeal will also be against the court order directing Future Group to approach the authorities to recall all approvals granted to the Future-Reliance deal, they said.
