Google has been sharing Search trends over the past couple of weeks. In the past, Search trends have highlighted that people are increasingly looking for good news and ways to help others in their community. Now, new trends show that people are increasingly looking for ways to have “virtual parties” and send “virtual hugs” to their friends and family among other things.

According to Google, people all around the world have been searching for “how to stay connected” more than ever before. The company says that last month, people searched for “how to keep in touch” four times more than they searched for “how to keep your room clean”.
