Former employee alleges sexual harassment by two Cognizant executives, files lawsuit in US
A former female employee of IT services provider Cognizant has filed a lawsuit seeking trial against the company in a US district court, naming two executives for alleged sexual harassment and discrimination for reporting of said harassment.
According to the lawsuit filed in the court of Middle District of Florida, the former employee, a woman of Hispanic origin, was hired by Cognizant Technology Solutions Service in 2017. She allegedly faced sexual harassment between 2018 and 2019 and named two executives in this regard. The lawsuit further stated that the employee had filed an internal complaint with the HR and Compliance departments.
