Forget fold, LG wants to make phones that can stretch

NEW DELHI: This year smartphone makers seem to be focusing on bringing foldable smartphones to the market. Both Samsung and Huawei have showcased their respective foldable devices. Apple also recently filed a patent which hints that the company might launch its foldable device in the future. However, South Korean smartphone maker LG has decided to do something different.

The company revealed recently that it will not make foldable smartphones anytime soon. But, it seems that the company is working on a rather unique design for a smartphone.
