Flipkart, Amazon challenge Karnataka High Court order on CCI probe

Bengaluru: Walmart-owned Flipkart and Amazon India have appealed to a division bench of the Karnataka High Court against its order last week that paved the way for the Competition Commission of India (CCI) to probe both the e-commerce companies.

The high court had last week dismissed their plea that sought to restrain India’s antitrust regulator from restarting its investigation into alleged deep discounting practices and biased treatment of select sellers.
