FIR filed after girl gets threats on social media

The Delhi Police on Monday registered a First Information Report (FIR) on the compliant of a girl who had shared screenshots of chat from “Bois Locker Room”, after she received “offensive” and “obnoxious threat” messages on social media.

The Bois Locker Room, a Instagram group, was being used to share obscene messages and morphed pictures of underage girls on the social media sites.

The girl filed a complaint with the local police after she received obnoxious and offensive content for posting contents about the Bois Locker Room chats. The complaint was then transfered to the Cyber Cell of the Delhi Police.

According to a senior police official, police has registered an FIR based on the complaint police had received from the girl.
