FC Finance sanctions online submission of bills

Finance Department today accorded sanction for the implementation of IT enabled electronic payment framework known as ‘JKPaySys’ in all the treasuries of Jammu and Kashmir from April 15, 2020.

Financial Commissioner Dr Arun Kumar Mehta in his order said that all Drawing and Disbursing Officers (DDOs) shall furnish e-bills to treasuries along with all the pre-requisites and documents manded as per the treasury code and payments shall be made through online system only.
