Exotel launches AI chatbot builder ‘ExoMind’ powered by GPT-4

NEW DELHI: Homegrown cloud communications platform (CPaaS) provider Exotel on Wednesday launched an AI chatbot builder – ExoMind – for enterprises, which will utilise the large language model (LLM) of GPT-4 to generate responses that are natural and adapted to the context of the enterprise.

Exotel in a statement said that the ExoMind is a no-code tool that enables enterprises to create their own “advanced chatbots within minutes”.
