NEW DELHI: Homegrown cloud communications (CPaaS) services company Exotel has expanded further in the United Arab Emirates (UAE) and will now offer services such as SMS, virtual telephony, chat, and artificial intelligence (AI)-enabled solutions in the market, as it seeks to strengthen its presence in the MENA region.
