Eutelsat completes all-share combination with OneWeb, names Sunil Mittal as Co-Chair

NEW DELHI: Paris-based Eutelsat has completed its all-share combination with London-headquartered OneWeb, following shareholder approval, resulting in the formation of Eutelsat Group.

“Eutelsat announced the completion of its all-share combination with OneWeb following the approval today at the Ordinary and Extraordinary General Meeting of Eutelsat shareholders. This combination forms Eutelsat Group,” said Eutelsat in a media statement Thursday.
