How would you describe the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic on the ICT sector and specifically telecom companies as a whole and how they are combating the effects?

I look at the impact of COVID-19 from two angles – people’s health and the economy. We are in survival mode and right now, people are just focusing on getting through the pandemic. After we are through the worst of it, I believe companies will look into transforming aspects of their business based on what they learned during this time. So, broadly, these are the phases in how I expect companies in India and around the world to respond to COVID-19.
