NEW DELHI: Reliance Jio has deployed 800,000 5G cells within 300 days and this fast deployment has become one of the global case studies, said the telecom operator’s President and Group CTO Mobility, Shyam Mardikar, Friday.

“…in 300 days flat, as of yesterday, Jio has deployed 800,000 5G cells in the country. This is only possible because of autonomous systems, capabilities, correlation engines, and machine learning algorithms which not only understand the product, but also understand the demand, the devices, and the pattern of traffic we generate and then start building it in a fully automated way,” Mardikar said.
