Ericsson’s Nunzio Mirtillo to retire in 2024; gear maker elevates Chris Houghton as COO

NEW DELHI: Swedish telecom gear maker Ericsson Wednesday said Nunzio Mirtillo, Senior Vice President and Head of Market Area South East Asia, Oceania & India, will retire from the company in 2024.

Borje Ekholm, President and CEO of Ericsson said, “Nunzio has been with Ericsson for 35 years and has contributed immensely to the success of the company. His dedication and everlasting focus on growth has been an inspiration to me and many colleagues. I wish him all the best in his future endeavors.”
