Elon Musk meets Apple CEO Tim Cook, says it was a ‘good conversation’

Days after suggesting that Apple wanted to boot out Twitter from the App Store — and that he might not have a choice but to go to ‘war’ — Elon Musk has tweeted that he actually met Apple CEO Tim Cook. In a tweet, which included a short video, Musk thanked Cooked for “taking me around the beautiful Apple HQ”. In a follow-up tweet, Musk said that he had a good conversation with Cook and that Apple never had plans of removing Twitter from the App Store. “Good conversation. Among other things, we resolved the misunderstanding about Twitter potentially being removed from the App Store. Tim was clear that Apple never considered doing so,” Musk tweeted. Curiously, Apple or Cook haven’t confirmed anything about the meeting with Musk. And even more curiously, Musk has deleted the tweet where he suggested going to war with Apple.
