Elon Musk acquires Twitter: A look at Vijaya Gadde, the legal head, who was fired

31Elon Musk’s Twitter takeover was riddled with drama right from the start, with the Tesla CEO first trying to justify the acquisition, and then struggling to justify his change of mind about it. But now that Musk has completed his takeover of the social media company, he has quickly set about setting the house in order, in terms he sees fit. His first order of business, firing four senior executives at the company, including Twitter CEO Parag Agrawal, along with Vijaya Gadde, the head of legal, policy and trust at Twitter. Gadde’s sacking along with that of Agrawal was not really surprising,
