Edtech startup Masai School acquires Design Shift Academy

Education startup Masai School, which offers online courses in web and mobile app development, said on Wednesday it acquired Design Shift Academy, an institute that provides guidance on user interface and user experience design.

Bengaluru-based Masai School said it was a cash and stock deal, but did not disclose details of the financial terms.
