Early moves on corporate governance can ensure smooth sailing for companies: Boat cofounder Aman Gupta

Audio and wearables brand Boat has been focused on corporate governance from day zero, co-founder Aman Gupta has said expressing satisfaction that the attention of investors and entrepreneurs has now turned to this important issue, which will lead to clean up of the startup ecosystem. In an interview to PTI, Gupta said investors are now keenly watching corporate governance practices in startups.

Terming it as an issue that is critical, Gupta said early moves on corporate governance can ensure smooth sailing for companies.
