E-office system will be started in all Govt offices in G’gram
E-office system will soon be implemented in all Government offices in Gurugram. Regarding this, the city magistrate Brahm Prakash said in a review meeting with the officials of the departments concerned and gave them necessary guidelines.
During the meeting the city magistrate said that it is the priority of the state government to introduce an e-office system in government offices. With the introduction of this system, there will be transparency in government work, while the disposal of files will also be done in a relatively short time. Also, the files will not be lost.
The magistrate directed the officers of all departments to prepare government e-mail Ids of their employees to deal with the files of their offices.
