E-KYC of all members of ration cards now till July 31

Under the ‘One Nation, One Ration Card Scheme’ on the instructions of the Centre, E-KYC process of the beneficiaries of the National Food Security Act will be done till July 31 July.

It is necessary to authenticate the Aadhar information of all members of the ration card for implementation of ‘One Nation, One Ration Card Scheme’.

Food Department officials said there are continuous problems in food distribution due to incorrect and unverified Aadhar information. The e-KYC process is free of charge and is available at government fair price shops equipped with e-pos.
