Dunzo’s auditor flagged issues with firm’s ‘going concern’ status

Deloitte, the auditor of beleaguered quick commerce firm Dunzo, flagged uncertainty around the latter’s status as a ‘going concern’ in the firm’s annual financial report for FY23.

In accounting parlance, a ‘going concern’ is an entity that has sufficient resources to continue making money and avoid the risk of bankruptcy for the foreseeable future. The auditor’s comments were attached in the latest full-year financial statement released by Dunzo.
