Draft Data Centres Policy

Ministry of Electronics and Information Technology (MeitY) has come out with a draft policy on data centre to accelerate the Data Centre growth and investments in the sector. The ministry has suggested that the government should accord ‘infrastructure status’ to Data Centre Parks, bringing them on par with other crucial sectors such as railways, roadways and power.
