DoT, states review broadband progress

NEW DELHI: The Department of Telecommunications (DoT) Tuesday reviewed the progress of the National Broadband Mission(NBM) in a virtual meeting with industry stakeholders and state-level officials.

The video conference was headed by Hari Ranjan Rao, Joint Secretary (Telecom) at DoT.

“We discussed key issues with regards to RoW Policies and operational issues in detail which required an urgent intervention and support by the respective state governments and Union Territories,” TR Dua, director-general, TAIPA in a statement said.
