DISH selects Palo Alto Networks for securing Open-RAN 5G network

NEW DELHI: Global cybersecurity firm Palo Alto Networks Tuesday said it has been selected by DISH Network Corporation to secure its cloud-native, Open-RAN based 5G wireless network.

Under the agreement terms, DISH will leverage Palo Alto Networks’ cloud-native VM-series and CN-series, as well as Prisma Cloud for container security, secure network slicing, real-time threat correlation, and dynamic security enforcement.
