Digital Personal Data Protection Bill 2022 draft releases: What you need to know

The Ministry of Electronics and Information Technology (MeitY) has released the much-awaited Digital Personal Data Protection (DPDP) Bill, 2022. This is the fourth iteration of the bill. The draft is open for public comment till December 17. “Seeking your views on draft Digital Personal Data Protection Bill, 2022,” tweeted Ashwini Vaishnaw, minister for Railways, Communications, Electronics & Information Technology, Government of India.
