Device-care provider Onsitego acquires Qdigi Services from Quess Corp

Accel-backed device-care provider Onsitego has acquired Qdigi Services from business services provider Quess Corp for Rs 80 crore.

The transaction is expected to complete in the next two to three months with Quess holding a minority stake in Onsitego, the companies said in a joint statement.

As part of the transaction, the entire team and business of Qdigi will be transferred to Onsitego.

The acquisition will help Onsitego improve its customer service experience and open up new areas of growth such as approaching OEM partners and retailers with new market offerings, the company said in a statement.
