Delivery-only outlets ride piggyback, find new road to success

Mumbai: Bengaluru-based food entrepreneur Tirthankar Banerjee opened his first delivery-only food brand, one with no physical outlets, in September last year. He didn’t have much of an option — his cafeteria management business had come to a standstill due to the pandemic.
Banerjee’s BrunchNbite is now servicing about 1,000 orders a month and he’s thinking about adding another kitchen to reach more customers.
