Delhi Police files FIR over fake video of Amit Shah’s remark on reservation

The Delhi Police on Sunday registered an FIR and launched a probe into the alleged fake video of Union Home Minister Amit Shah, in which he is purportedly seen advocating scrapping of reservation of Scheduled Castes (SCs), Scheduled Tribes (STs), and Other Backward Classes (OBCs).

The case was filed by the Delhi Police’s Special Cell, under the relevant sections of the Indian Penal Code and the Information Technology Act, following a complaint from the Union Ministry of Home Affairs.
