Delhi HC to now hear ADIF’s case against CCI, Google next week

Delhi High Court judge Prathiba M Singh on Wednesday recused herself from hearing a petition filed by Alliance of Digital India Foundation (ADIF) against the Competition Commission of India (CCI) and Google.

A different bench of the court will hear the matter on Tuesday, April 18, subject to orders by the chief justice, Justice Singh said.
