Data analytics firm Qlik expands footprint in SAARC countries

Chennai: Data analytics and data integration solutions provider Qlik has taken a partner-led strategy to expand into some of the SAARC countries as part of their India expansion plan this year.

The company said that geography wise it is expanding into other regions beyond India as part of its India expansion plan on the back of a ‘healthy double-digit growth rate’ this year.

“We have created partner ecosystems in Bangladesh and Sri Lanka and are also working on some things in Nepal too,” Varun Babbar, managing director – India, Qlik said. “That’s one expansion plan we ventured towards. We’ve also made more investments in developing our system integrator ecosystem. We have also hired people in the domain of enabling as well as managing these system integrators. We are doing all the other aligned investments which are required to support the growth in the business.”
