Cyber Congress: 100 students from each district trained to be cyber ambassadors

Hyderabad: The 10-month long Cyber Congress programme, that aims to empower students and teachers on cyber safety has concluded on Thursday. The selected students and teachers called ‘cyber ambassadors’ in turn, will train other students.
This essential programme covers various topics on what cyber bullying is, cyber stalking and the law and what students can do to protect themselves from the ever increasing threat.
The Cyber Congress was conducted across 33 districts of the state targeting 100 students and 50 teachers from each district through 80 virtual training sessions, said Swati Lakra, additional director general of women safety, adding that the programme will be conducted this year too.
