CSC partners NEC Corporation to provide quality education in rural areas

New Delhi: Common Services Centre (CSC) on Saturday joined hands with Japanese technology giant NEC Corporation and IIT Delhi to empower rural students by providing them quality education. They organized a hackathon on “Digitalising rural education” to support the motion.

Both CSC and NEC Corporation will jointly design and develop tools and products for rural students.

“To rural India, we have given subsidies and that has created the mindset in rural citizens that everything they are getting is second standard and therefore the new thinking needs to happen for rural India”, said Dr. Dinesh Tyagi, CEO CSC SPV.
