Coronavirus outbreak: Instagram starts rolling out these new features
NEW DELHI: Earlier this month Instagram announced the features it was working on in a bid to help spread awareness about the novel coronavirus outbreak. Even though these updates were announced before, the photo-sharing tech giant has taken to Twitter informing that these features are now available on its platform.
“We wanted to provide some updates on our efforts to support the Instagram community at this time. The following updates will all be available from today,” read the tweet by Instagram’s official PR account.
From now on, on the top of their Instagram feed, users will see information from World Health Organisation (WHO) as well as local health ministries with the objective to keep them aware with relevant information.
