Coronavirus lockdown: 5 important things Amazon India wants its customers to know

Coronavirus outbreak and the consequent lockdown for 21 days has impacted the delivery of online products across the country. Although e-commerce company Amazon has resumed its delivery services, the central government has given approval for the delivery of ‘essential commodities’ only during the lockdown period. Also, the delivery services have been resumed for select places in select cities only.
In a press statement today, the e-tailer has listed out five important things that one must know about Amazon orders during the 21-day lockdown. Wondering what are those five points? Read along.
As mentioned above, Amazon is prioritizing the delivery of essential products that are critical for customers during the lockdown over other product delivery. For the uninitiated, essential commodity category includes household staples, packaged food, health care and hygiene goods, personal safety and other products.
