CMD BSNL – Trimax nexus

A performance bank guarantee (PBG) of Rs 1 crore, submitted by Mumbai based Trimax IT Infrastructure & Services Ltd to Bharat Sanchar Nigam Ltd (BSNL), was confirmed to be fake by the issuing branch of the SBI in Kolkata (Branch No.16639) way back on 27.11.2017. But so far, Anupam Shrivastava, CMD of BSNL, has not reported the matter to the Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) for investigation.
