CM launches e-meeting software

Chief Minister Trivendra Singh Rawat inaugurated the e-meeting software- a smart meeting management system at the secretariat here on Monday.

This system will be used to hold meetings in the chief minister’s office and the secretariat in a better manner using information technology. Officials slated to participate in a meeting will send the agenda and proposed discussion points to days before the meeting for the CM’s approval and the meeting will be held only after the approval is received.

Speaking on the occasion, Rawat said that the state is moving ahead according to Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s idea of digital India. After e-cabinet and e-office, the state has now launched e-meeting which will further speed up the pace of work.
