Clubhouse crosses 2 million users on Android, plans general release this summer

Clubhouse launched globally on Android last month, and the app is already hitting new milestones. In just a week, Clubhouse said it registered over one million users. The audio chat app has now reached over two million users. Clubhouse shared this update at its recently hosted town hall meeting.

Clubhouse has big plans for the summer. The app which is currently invite-only will become publicly available this summer. At present, people have to get an invite to join Clubhouse. That means the next few updates will be about discovery, notifications, and less visible but very crucial improvements,” Clubhouse said in a tweet.
